Smell-o-vision
| | You know what is awesome?! Think back to when you used to watch Warner Brothers cartoons (I use the past tense only to accomidate some of us), remember Bugs Bunny? Now, I don't really care about your feelings for the rabbit, I am thinking of a specific episode. Its the one where we travel into the future to the year 2000... Elmer Fudd wakes up and reads the headlines of the newspaper, it says "Smellovision replaces Television." Now I as a kid thought the idea of Smell-o-vision was so damn funny... BUT today in Film history I found out something great. SMELLOVISION EXISTED. It was created in 1958! (to unhappy audiences)
yeah other than that, boring day. Saw invasion of the body snatchers again in class, its alright. Hopefully if sterling is feeling up to it I shall see Rashamon this weekend (he is a sickypoo, who wouldn't like to be referred to as such. Anyhoo, I am going to... not watch a video, nope not me, I am going to do... homework! Yes, that's it!

I want smellovision! If smellovision had made it, I think there would be more Food Networks than HBOs today. Think about it! How astaunding would it be to just have, say, the cookies channel. Flip to the cookies channel, and the whole room would smell like fresh baked cookies! Tire of that, flip over to the barbecue channel. Done with that, how 'bout, I dunno, breakfast channel? Coffee and bacon? Something like that. The point being, people aren't fat enough yet. I'm going to change that.
except... think of the downsides, what with the nation's current love of forensic work... ew.
