| Yeah, I'm in Reno, and feeling much better. I met Frank's nextdoor neighbor, Jeff, and his friend Jim. They... remind me too much of my dad's uncles for comfort. Frank took me to a concert. It was the Quartet for the End of Time... and it was, very 20th century classical. Yeah, I mean, movement five was awewsome, but other than that, not so hot, very nonmelodic and atonal. It had Don Byron, who is apparently the "best clarinetist in the world", and not to knock the man, he clearly knew his shit, but if he's the best in the world, there are sure a lot of mediocre clarinetists out there. We cut out early, didn't hear the jazz half of the program (the quartet was fucking an hour and a half long... it was eight movements). Went back home, visited Jeff and Jim (who were... very very wasted. Did I mention Jeff is schizophrenic, well he is, but he is on a ton of drugs and seems to be coping relatively well... you know, other than being really drunk and high tonight). Frank and I spent some "quality time" with Capt. Morgan (a friend of Frank's mother's, apparently) and South Park. I think South Park generally has a valid point, but is so incredibly juvenile in the presentation that it takes either being 14 or being "altered" in some way to appreciate it. And... yup that was the evening/night/early morning for you. Tomorrow, homework time (yes I brought work to do up here, because I am sad). Hope everyone had a good day, I know I did.
Night!
