in which Amber yearns in a good way (okay maybe a lecherous way)
| Alright tonight was so awesome, I'm willing to blog through the pain (finally I've found something that I'm willing to "through the pain" over it).
Sterling and I went to see a musical. It was a kids company production of 42nd street, and man, it was incredible. So many strapping young men dancing and singing, it made my heart go pitterpat.
I've decided, if you don't know what to get me for a gift giving occasion, please send me four 17 year old guys to sing in four part harmony (something old like "bye bye blackbird") or to make it easier, the Wiffenpoofs (think I spelled that right). That would just make my... everything.
Other than the hot singing jailbait (oh man, this one guy doing the snobby newengland white guy voice...[dreamy look]), there was a lot of very very impressive dancing. True most of it (all of it) was tap dancing which isn't... sexy or cool, but 40 people hittin' the floor at the same time makes you feel some awe.
Tonight made it okay that I'm stuck with my arm in a sling and I'm not getting money for AT LEAST three days of work.
PS Gary very nicely called me today to offer to bring food to me, it was truly a shame that I had plans (well, not really, but you know what I mean). It's the first overture he's made since... Juneish?
