Sue me, sue me, shoots bullets through me, I love you
| I saw Guys and Dolls again tonight, and, wow, I really like that musical. Of course, Marlon Brando can't sing, and he can't really dance (oh man, it must have just KILLED Frank Sinatra to have to hear Brando slaughter Luck Be A Lady Tonight), but boy oh boy can he act. I watch him on screen and think to myself: he's an -animal-. Poor Jean Simmons, she'll never see him coming! I really enjoy the musical numbers in this one, Fugue for Tinhorns always makes me happy (and Sue Me, not Sinatra's part, Blaine's!). And the costumes, oh to -die- for. I would be a happy haberdasher, I just like men's dress clothes. I mean, I'll settle, a dress shirt and slacks is really nice (and still makes me happy), but -oh- ties, suspenders, three piece suits and -hats-.

Suits and tuxes are great, but I particularly like it when the jackets come off and you can see the suspenders, vest, whathaveyou... Maybe it's the casual-ness of formal dress that appeals to me. I also like stealing and then wearing guys' ties myself...hehe
I look awful in ties, which is a shame because I love them so. Although I have to admit I'm like a magpie, I like them shiny... not gold lame shiny, but pretty close.
