| | This is us before the X-files premier in 1998. We're in costume, not crazy costume (we're 14 [okay okay I'm thirteen still, I'll be fourteen in a week] we have no disposable income).
From Left to Right: Katie Wills (she's an alien), Estrella Vargas (She's the chess boy,Gibson Praise. If you don't know who he is, I'll forgive you. Read here), me (I'm Langely, that white shirt has an alien on it, I swears), Pam Wise (as Alex Krycek. I also feel obligated to mention that she is Pam Miller now) and Nick Tsurumoto (as the Cigarette Smoking Man. He is actually wearing slacks!). If you're wondering what we're holding, I made everyone small FBI badges out of stock paper, so we could walk around shouting "FBI!"
This is Ed and I before going out to see the movie (okay this part is now for me). Don't we look happy? With expressions of "Oh, man, this is going to Rock!" on our faces we leave for the big disappointment. Two hours later we will walk into the house sadder and wiser people.
Also, the reason Ed is barely in this picture is because he's on his knees trying to get into frame with me. We're so radically different in height it's quite difficult to capture us both on camera.

THE CHESS BOY!!! i TOTALLY forgot i dressed up!!! (my bf just said.. who the fuck is gibson praise dont worry, i'm smacking him hard for that)
when my scanner works again, i'm going to scan in my fbi card.. although i should black out my agent number as it's still my mothers telephone number!!!
So I don't know if you knew this but Nick totally fell asleep during the movie. It was sad.
Although I didn't dress as a charachter, I did have a hoodie with a Nonfat Tofuti Rice Dreamcicle logo on it....which no one at the midnight showing got the reference for. Bastards. And the guy who dressed as "Mulder" was even wearing a plain black tie. I mean, HOW DARE HE!?!? How does he not know about Mulder's trademark unimaginative necktie design?! GAAH!
I also found the pillow talk akward...
