| Okay, so I lay down for a nap at eight pm, and woke up after midnight. I don't have to wake up until ten am tomorrow, so I'm pretty set for sleep tonight. Last night Sterling came over and we watched Freaks and Geeks and relaxed. It was nice and low key, I thought I'd be up to going out, but I was not. He's done with college now, too. I was thrilled when I finished but he is less than thrilled. Perhaps it has not sunk in. He got me Axis and Allies! That is the sign of friendship, when you willingly sign yourself up for more game torture because you like your game partener (and by partner I mean opponent, lady who wants you Dead and isn't ashamed to shout it to your face). Or maybe he just wants to slaughter me and Take Over The World in a new format. He's leaving for Family soon.
Michael Yoho is in town... and here we're going to extend the word Town to encompass all of Northern California. He's in Weaverville (the county seat of Trinity County), and apparently he lacks a vehicle so I probably won't be seeing him (I hate ice and snow and driving up 299 is a nightmare in the summertime, I imagine it is a lightly disguised Death Sentence in the winter. It's not that 299 is full of Monsters or requires drivers to plunge off cliffs, it is very twisty with drop offs on one side and everyone drives waaaay too fast), which is too bad. I haven't seen Michael Yoho since...December of 2004 I believe.
Well I think I shall turn in for a while, I'm pretty tired, and it's -cold-.
