Neopets achievement
| | Okay this is the part where you ooh and aaw so get ready (it has pictures, it won't be that bad).
I got two very rare random event avatars last night, within five minutes. If you didn't already know (and you would, if you've listened to me at all for the last 8 months or so), I collect secret neoboard avatars, I have 122 (there are like 180something, so I am doing decent, but not awesome). Random event avatars are the most bitchtastically hard avatars to get, because... there is no skill involved, it doesn't matter how rich you are, or how many friends you have. You just have to do events over and over again hoping to get these.
 okay for this one, I had to get my fortune told by the creepy looking guy (the island mystic) and he had to give me a fortune that involved the word kyrii (its a species of neopet). You can only do it once a day. This came out on August 29th 2004, I've been trying every friggin day. and now this bitch is mine! (not that I will use it).
 this is one of the most annoying ones to get. There is this wheel, its called the wheel of monotany (versus the wheel of excitment [whose avatar I have] the wheel of mediocrity, the wheel of misfortune, or the wheel of knowledge [whose avatar I try and get... all the time]). At this point I am sure you are wondering why it is called the wheel of monotany... see it spins, and spins and spins (some have had it spin for 12 hours straight). Yeah... it sucks, and you can only play once a day... it came out in April of last year... and now this bitch is mine.
But yeah, two in five minutes... pretty impressive, right?
so, what's next you ask?
 I need the goddamned tooth faerie (the site was originally british) to pop up as a random event and give me this avatar (instead of the change she usually leaves).
 I need the turmaculus (big hulking petpet that sleeps 23 hours a day) to get pissed at my little petpets and eat one of them... sad I know, but if Vincent the Slorg has to go to get me that avatar... well I am willing to make that sacrifice...
