filler
| today was a day, and better than most, I guess. Sterling and I went out to lunch, it was nice... we talked about legions of monkeys with gas masks, the book of Enoch and greek/roman mythology and literature (pretty typical actually). He threatened to sic Irene on me (is that how one spells sic in this instance?) if I ever sprinkled loose glitter in his room... but personally I think if he ever pisses me off to the point of loose glitter, he deserves what he has coming to him. Went out to eat with my dad and had a nice discussion about Christopher Colombus (signs point to him being Spanish all along) and the DeBeers company. Now, I am in Reno, visiting Frank, whose tendonitus has been keeping him from playing bass. I brought all of my books with me so that I don't fall too much more behind in reading, but my hopes are not high. I don't have anything witty to say, but unlike Ed's blog my blog was created in an effort to help me keep (or find?) my sanity and in that respect, it has been effective. Mentally I feel pretty damn good (creepy weather aside. Driving over into Nevada was awful I had to tie a shirt around the lower half of my face so I could breathe, I looked dumb but I did not pass out), which is much more than I can say about... July for instance. Okay well I don't have too much more to say other than I wish I could find an articulate person who is a fan of Stephen King, I want someone with whom I can share theories.
Goodnight then, all of you who bother to read this, its nice to be heard (and especially nice in an environment that I know no one will tell me to shut up.), gingersnaps just because are also nice.
PS S Morgenstern is awesome, but man, does he ever have a political/social message embedded in his "classic tale of true love and high adventure" (he also sounds like an ass).
