| | so, today was Mother's Day. I woke up early and saw my mommy, who was sick. There was a brunch at my grandmothers, and I got strawberries, which were nice.
Now, then, on to the interesting part of the day (not that my mother isn't interesting, but you know). I saw Josh. Oh man, he's tall (everyone is tall), and baldish. We went to Berkeley, and he bought me soup and then we went back to his house and watched Garden State, which was beautiful. And that was it, really, but it was much more than that too, you know? I thought I was going to spend the day steeped in nostalgia, but we didn't, the only past we really talked about was the five years we weren't together. It was...really nice. Anyway, the rain was insane, and I nearly drove off the road (or into other cars) a lot. But I didn't and that is what counts. So yeah, now I'm home and happy.
