crotchedy
| | bleh. I did a whole lot o reading today, which would be good, but it was all sucky historical reading... so it was not. On the especially long ride home from Frank's, I had waay too much time to contemplate the eternal question: "where is my life going?" Well, maybe it is only eternal to me. I keep trying to come up with a plan to cling to, but so far everything I've come up with sounds icky... So yeah, I'm a bit negative right now.
On the upside, I am taking that english competency test saturday with Sterling. This is a positive thing because if I pass (and as an English minor I sure hope I pass), I can get out of taking a stupid writing upper division English class... which means one more fun class. Sadly I think my idea of fun classes might be something like Japanese or PolySci one, or maybe another history class, because I am that exciting of a person. Essays start next week (2 next tuesday), and then I have three midterms in one day the week after... my life is going to be fun. Somethis is up with Irene, apparently she is getting kicked out of her apartment, tomorrow (for reasons unexplained by a harried Sterling) and I hope everything works out for her. I don't know where she is going to be living then, but I have a little feeling that our uncomfortable dynamic just got a bit worse. And, while I am at least on one level happy for Ed and Nicole, I am getting uncomfortable posting in Ed's blog, which is annoying because it was a lot of fun. The first part of a relationship is really exciting and wonderful, if you are one of the parties involved, to everyone else... it can verge on nauseating. So, we'll see how that goes, worse comes to worse I will miss my daily opportunity to try and be both witty and concise (the latter being the more difficult of the two). Well, enough moping, I am going to feel my neopets and then turn in.
PS. I must remember not to forget to ask Sterling a question next time I see him.
PPS the world gets a little more lonely/empty when I come home from visiting Frank. I do fine enough by myself (better than I have in years), but I miss him lots (even if I don't do daily moaning about it).

What? Verging on nauseating? I'm sorry, I'll try to keep the wuv turned down a bit. Well, I'll endeavor to try. But don't stop commenting! I'd miss your concise wit!
Ed, its your blog, you have every right to be as sickening as you like! I bitch and moan in my blog in melodramatic, nay, emoesq ways at time. I thing blogs were created as vehicles for angst and love.
Yes, but up until two weeks ago I didn't do angst or love, so my site was a vehicle for me acting all zany. Now I'm alienating fully half my core audience, which is to say, you.
